Thanks for the Memories! And now, the end is near; And so I face the final curtain... At edish we did it 'our way' for over 25 years. On July 15th we will be gone for good. Our shop is one that we hope you, our customers, will remember fondly. Our remaining inventory will be 85% off of the original prices. If you have already gotten what you need in your patterns or we are sold out of your pattern, please drop by one more time anyway just to browse and say goodbye. There are still many, many lovely things in stock that will make wonderful gifts or additions to your collections of china and crystal. At these once in a lifetime prices, there is something nice for everyone.... a neighbor, a friend, a family member, a coworker or a student. All of our fixtures are for sale now too.... plus plate hangers, plate stands, office supplies and furniture. IMPORTANT: We no longer offer shipping or accept website orders. All purchases must be made in one of our stores or placed over the phone and picked up by July 15th. First come first served. No holds and no lay-a-ways! After over twenty five years in business, the last ten as edish, we find that we must close our doors. We expect to be out of business by mid July. We are now offering a 85% discount on ALL merchandise. This may not be combined with any other sales or promotions and it does exclude prior sales. All items will be first come, first served. To our Customers: Over the years many of you have shared your lives and your stories with us. Many of you have known us and shopped with us for decades. Some of you have only learned about us recently. I want to thank all of you. I would like to say a few words to acknowledge the edish elves: At some point you have probably encountered Don who started with us in 1988... or have sold china to Francoise who started in 1989, or gotten an email from Kathi, our Database Manager (1990). Maybe Kerry has waited on you but he has been with us a mere 13 years. Craig and Bob and Rose have been doing this for ten years. Then there are the newbies like Sarah, Jamario, Rebecca, Aaron, Lindsey, Dale and Jeremy who have only been with edish for 5 years or less.. I am so fortunate to have been involved with the most hard working, dedicated, caring group of people I have ever met. What an incredible group. About the SALE: Over the next several months we will offer increasingly large discounts on our merchandise. All items will be first come, first served. There will be no holds or layaways. We will no longer be buying china, crystal, flatware or gifts so shop early for the best selection. Of course this may not be combined with other discounts and does exclude prior sales. Our return policy will change. We will no longer be as lenient as we have been about the time period. Through the end of March, all items must be returned with original stickers within one week to qualify for a refund. Although it is with great sadness that I send this email, I must also say that it has been a great thrill to have worked with our staff and customers. We have loved having you in our lives.
