"One of the best companies to work with! The best example of how Replacements.com went above and beyond: I needed most of my stainless steel flatware. Not only was it located, but I was called because there was a slight rattle from inside of several of the knife handles. I said to send them along-if it was a problem, we'd talk. If I hadn't been told about the rattle, I wouldn't have noticed. The fact that Replacements.com thought it might be a problem says a lot about the way they view customer service.
